Road Trip

On Friday, May 27th Greyson and I joined Ryan on his day trip to Lawrence for work...and Aunt Kara met us to play!! We had fun shopping on Mass St. even though the weather was rainy!

Good Morning, Greyson!

Greyson meets Great Grandpa Rosell

Ryan's mom's dad, William Rosell came into town to meet Greyson the week of May 23rd! Ryan is so fortunate to have all of his grandparents still alive...it was so fun to see GGpa Rosell and G interact!

Courtney & Justin Get Married!

On May 21st my best friend from high school, Courtney married Justin. She was such a beautiful bride and the reception was a blast!!

These two little cuties were born on the same day at the same hospital! I'm sure this is the first of many pictures together!

What happens in Vegas...

...stays in Vegas! Well, except for a couple pictures (which are not very good...I will update this post after I ask Abbey for her pics)! On May 19th, I left Wichita for Sin City for my best friend's bachelorette party! I had been looking forward to this girls weekend away ever since Abbey got engaged! We had a blast and I was super sad to leave a day early (for my bff from high schools wedding) but it was probably the best for my liver! So much fun! It was decided that we need a girls trip every year!!

Greyson's First Baseball Game!

On May 17th, we took Greyson to his first WSU baseball game! It was a pretty evening and G seemed to really enjoy it!!

Greyson's first golf lesson!

On a Sunday afternoon in May Ryan thought it would be fun to take Greyson to the driving range for his first lesson! G wasn't exactly sure what was going on but it made for some cute pics! It was pretty windy and chilly so we didn't last long.

My very first Mothers Day!

I have always loved celebrating mothers day! Trying to make my mom feel extra special and making sure she knows that she is loved and appreciated...b/c I know that I never say it enough!

This year was so different...being on the other side.

So blessed to be the mommy of this little fella.

I can only hope and pray that I can be as good a mom as these two!!

I am so thankful for the gift of motherhood!

Mothers Day 5k!

My friend Sam and I ran the Mothers Day 5k on Saturday, May 7th! I think the boys enjoyed the ride...Parker was the best commentator!!

Happy 7 months, Greyson!!

I can't believe you are almost 9 months and I'm writing your 7 month post...I have some notes so I will try my best! I just know that time is flying by way too fast!!

-You are wearing size 3 diapers and 6-9 and 9 month clothes.
-You drink 5 6-8 oz bottles a day and you eat cereal/fruit for breakfast, fruit/veggie for lunch and fruit/veggie/beans for dinner.
-You love to sit up while you drink your bottles...you just want to see everything.

-You love puffs and they keep you entertained for hours and are perfect for restaurants!

-You still love to put everything in your mouth but still no teeth yet!!
-You sleep from 7 - 6 and always wake up so happy...its my favorite!
-You take about a 1-2 hour nap in the morning and a 2 hour nap in the afternoon!

-You love to sit up and play!
-You lean forward like you want to crawl but you still prefer to stand!!

-You LOVE...the pups, jumping, playing w/ everything that is not a toy (except you do love Sophie), books, music, baths, walks, peek-a-boo, talking, laughing...you are such a happy boy!!

We just love you to pieces!!

-I catch myself saying "this is my favorite age" every month...but you just keep getting more of a funny personality...we love watching you grow!!

You are the best little guy and we are so lucky to be your parents!!

We had Greyson's 6 month pictures taken at our house by Lindsey from Gingeroot! We met Lindsey in the waiting room while I was pregnant with Greyson and she was pregnant with her son Tucker! We just love her! She did G's newborn pics too!
